What You'll Do.
Provide initial and re-training for dealers and shufflers
Prepare and update training material and sessions
Inform departments of system occurrences
Ensure correct game skills are taught
Assist in training and recruitment program development
Assess and report impact of procedural changes
Attend meetings and re-trainings
and disciplinary procedures are followed
Create and schedule new training groups
Attend and assess trainee examinations
Fill in training documents and reports
Coordinate and hold retraining sessions
Work closely with office manager for uniform and inventory

Team & Collaboration
Working with management on disciplinary issues; Supporting the Operations Manager; Working closely with the office manager
