What You'll Do.
Prepare and update training material/sessions
Take responsibility of training plans
Ensure correct skills of each game are taught
Assist in continuing development of training program
Assist in continuing development of recruitment program
Be acquainted with all changes in procedures
Assess and report impact of changes on Training
Report sickness and/or changes in schedule
Improve the quality of work
Take responsibility to finish duties
Be at designated work place on time
Be in appropriate work attire/uniform
Report failure by team member to meet company
Report failure by team member to follow procedures
Report failure by team member to follow legal
Ensure all procedural procedures are followed by trainees
Ensure all legal procedures are followed by trainees
Ensure all disciplinary procedures are followed by trainees
Follow any reasonable request made by the company
Liaise with recruiters
Liaise with other members of the recruitment team
Follow internal procedures
Create new training groups
Schedule new training groups
Attend trainees training on Hot Stand by tables
Attend trainee’s examination
Assess trainee’s examination
Fill in Training Documents
Fill in Training reports
Schedule Re-training sessions with existing employees
Hold Re-training sessions with existing employees
Work closely with Uniform Specialist
Cross train with Floor Operations
Perform other ad hoc duties
Perform other projects as asked
Replace team members during vacations
Replace team members during sick leaves
Replace team members during other absences
