Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, Education, or a related field., Experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably in loss prevention or security., Facilitation and coaching skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners., Excellent written and verbal communication skills., Proficiency in e-learning platforms, Google Suite, and training management systems., Communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Nice to Have
Experience in loss prevention, security, or retail technology training., Familiarity with AI-driven theft detection tools and methodologies., Background in instructional design and e-learning development.
