Implement effective and purposeful training methods Need to ensure that training is meeting current operation needs Effectively communicate with team members, trainers, management and client Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based for different specialties for fresher’s and different curriculum for laterals Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver trai
