Deliver training for chauffeurs
Provide five star luxury customer experience
Assess chauffeurs against Wheely Standards
Deliver feedback to improve performance
Conduct coaching sessions
Conduct 1:1 training sessions
Conduct quality checks
Partner with peers to improve processes
Ensure passenger expectations are exceeded
