Diagnose workmanship quality issues

Provide just-in-time instruction

Coordinate training with Operations

Coordinate training with Plant Leadership

Coordinate training with Safety

Coordinate training with Human Resources

Identify opportunities improving training

Make recommendations Plant Leadership

Support associate engagement retention

Participate as contributing member

Exhibit flexibility adaptability

Address planned training needs

Address critical response training needs

Complete Train-the-Trainer course

Provide skills instruct diverse workforce

Perform other duties required
