Must Have

Bachelor's degree, Speak, write, and read fluently in English, Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

1+ years manufacturing experience, 1+ years customer-facing experience

Coordinate training execution

Refine processes and techniques

Improve learning effectiveness

Support workforce needs

Deliver instructor training

Keep training records up to date

Deliver IN training materials

Provide positive learning experience

Analyze data on daily basis

Improve NH learning experience

Organize instructors assignment

Monitor cross training

Support peak skill requirements

Work with operations on skill matrix

Highlight gaps for critical role training

Support operations with critical role training delivery

Improve processes from gathering feedback

Provide information required

Partner with PxT partners

Improve new hire performance

Support Zonal projects
