Trainer

Key job responsibilities - Deliver training and coaching to Amazon’s standard - Deliver internal Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) training to Amazon standards - Review and improve site-training completion rates together with managers and associates - Gather feedback and highlight areas where there are opportunities to streamline or improve the training experience - Work with teams to identify areas where further training and development is needed - Help to audit metrics such as safety, quality, and process across sites - Train and coach associates to become ambassadors who can help deliver coaching and training to local teams - Complete all relevant paperwork and update Learning tracking systems - Monitor and provide feedback on current group of PIT operators - Report on safety performance of PIT operators and use the information to improve the effectiveness of our training - Undertake auditing of safety standards and procedures throughout the FC - Advise Associates and Managers on Company procedures regarding PIT safety, training and standards A day in the life The role of Trainer is about sharing and upholding our process standards.
