Key job responsibilities - Deliver training and coaching to Amazon’s standard - Deliver internal Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) training to Amazon standards - Review and improve site-training completion rates together with managers and associates - Gather feedback and highlight areas where there are opportunities to streamline or improve the training experience - Work with teams to identify areas where further training and development is needed - Help to audit metrics such as safety, quality, and process across sites - Train and coach associates to become ambassadors who can help deliver coaching and training to local teams - Complete all relevant paperwork and update Learning tracking systems - Monitor and provide feedback on current group of PIT operators - Report on safety performance of PIT operators and use the information to improve the effectiveness of our training - Undertake auditing of safety standards and procedures throughout the FC - Advise Associates and Managers on Company procedures regarding PIT safety, training and standards A day in the life The role of Trainer is about sharing and upholding our process standards. You’ll deliver high-quality training that outlines safety, culture, and site-specific procedures to Amazon employees as well as external partners, along with a warm welcome for new hires. As a Trainer, you’ll make sure everyone sticks to the highest operating standards. You’ll know how to constructively deliver feedback that helps learners grow and develop.
