Australian Child Care Career Options (ACCCO) proudly partners with Busy Bee's Australia, a global leader in early childhood education and care. With over 27 years’ experience, ACCCO is a highly regarded, award-winning RTO delivering job-ready training for future early childhood educators across Australia. **The Position** We are seeking a passionate early childhood professional to begin their career as a Trainer & Assessor, supporting South Australian students completing Certificate III and Diploma qualifications. You will deliver training and assessment in workplaces and at our Smithfield campus. No prior training experience is required, with full support provided to complete your Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. **Key Responsibilities** * Inspire and support future early childhood educators across South Australia * Deliver training and assessment in workplaces and at the Smithfield campus * Build strong relationships with students, services and industry stakeholders * Plan, facilitate and assess engaging learning experiences * Promote ACCCO’s services and support regional growth **Requirements** * Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Children’s Services (required) * Minimum 5 years’ experience in the early childhood sector * Strong Microsoft Office and general computer skills * Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel * Valid Working with Children Check * Strong communication and customer service skills * Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable) **What We Offer** * Full-time permanent role (38 hours per week) with an established national provider * Fully funded Certificate IV in Training and Assessment with study support * Mobile phone and laptop provided * Paid return-to-industry hours every 6 months to maintain vocational currency * Flexible working arrangements and strong work-life balance * Autonomy in your role with support from the SA Training Coordinator * Comprehensive induction at Smithfield SA campus * Ongoing
