****Job Description:**** Misión: Apoyar en el análisis y ejecución de los procesos de administración salarial, beneficios y equidad interna, con el fin de adquirir una visión integral del área de Compensaciones mientras se asegura la correcta aplicación de las políticas de la organización. Responsabilidades: * Colaborar en la administración y elaboración de procesos administrativos de la nómina y compensación total para todas las entidades. * Asegurar que los procesos y políticas se ejecuten con precisión. * Garantizar la alineación a los objetivos del área y compañía. ## Requerimientos: * Licenciatura en Admon, Psicología, Lic.
