What You'll Do.

Develop and create customer relationships

Develop KONE position within customer base

Create and communicate leads and sales opportunities

Ensure customer satisfaction and solve complaints

Document customer and contact information

Generate KONE Upgrade modernisation opportunities

Meet sales budget and pricing targets

Demonstrate solution selling mindset

Responsible for pricing using tendering tools

Validate contract contents

Timely and accurate reporting in CRM

Gather market and competitor data

Feed back findings to business

Drive execution of sales plan

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Creating and communicating leads and sales opportunities for entire KONE sales team (e. g. cross-selling); Ensures customer satisfaction and solves complaints with the rest of KONE team

Communication Scope

Good communication skills in both written and spoken English
