Job Summary** FTE Mexicana S.A. de C.V. is seeking a motivated Trainee Process Engineer to support our engineering team in optimizing and improving manufacturing processes. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic industrial environment. Job Responsibilities** * Assist in the analysis and optimization of existing manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement in efficiency, cost, and quality. * Support senior engineers in the design, development, and implementation of new processes and equipment. * Collect and analyze process data, preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. * Participate in troubleshooting process issues and contribute to developing corrective actions. * Learn and apply process engineering principles, methodologies, and tools. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and maintenance. * Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations and company policies.
