Our teams deliver the Holman Experience by treating our customers and each other as we would like to be treated, and creating positive, rewarding relationships all around.** **The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.** Holman is seeking a Client Administrator for our Grapevine, TX location to serve as a primary point of contact for designated clients, handling inquiries and coordinating solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Receive and respond to customer and driver inquiries (internal and external) via phone and email in a timely manner. * Coordinate with internal Holman departments to investigate issues and deliver closed-loop resolutions. * Accurately log all inquiries, issue details, and resolutions within Holman systems. * Provide regular status updates to clients on open items. * Process fleet database updates, duplicate material requests, and activation/deactivation of fuel card PINs in accordance with client parameters. * Update and audit client profiles and manage communications with third-party vendors. * Serve as a dedicated, single point of contact for assigned client(s). * Manage end-to-end process coordination for supply chain activities, including acquisition, delivery, and remarketing for a specific client. * Host recurring meetings with clients, vendors, and internal teams to review topics such as order status, driver concerns, invoicing, and operational updates. * Support additional duties and special projects as assign
