If so, we want to hear from you! TxDOT's Dallas District Signal Shop is looking for a Traffic Systems Specialist I or II position based in Mesquite, TX. As a Traffic Systems Specialist I or II you will be responsible for maintaining traffic signals, roadway illumination, and school flashers while also inspecting construction methods of contractors and performing specialized work in the repair and troubleshooting of other electrical equipment. All while building an exciting career at the same time. *RECRUITMENT BONUS AVAILABLE: Up to $5,000.00 Recruitment Bonus available for current Class "A" CDL Holders (no transmission restrictions preferred). Position Title: Salary Grade/Range: Traffic Systems Specialist I B18: $45,521.00 - $71,055.00 Traffic Systems Specialist II B19: $48,244.00 - $76,028.00 This position is for one (1) Traffic Systems Specialist I or II depending on business needs and the applicants' qualifications. The Texas Department of Transportation reserves the sole right in determining the level of position based on the applicants' work experience, education, skill level and all other appropriate factors, and based on business needs. 45,521.00 76,028.00
