Diploma/bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation, or related field, Minimum 7 years of hands‑on site experience in traffic inspection or traffic diversions in road construction projects, knowledge of traffic control devices, road safety procedures, and diversion execution, Experience working with live traffic environments and fast‑paced construction sites, Ability to interpret and enforce Traffic Management Plans, communication and coordination skills, Familiarity with Saudi traffic regulations and standards

Inspect and verify traffic diversion setups
Monitor live traffic conditions
Ensure proper installation and maintenance of signage
Conduct site assessments to identify risks
Coordinate with contractors
and government authorities
Ensure compliance with local traffic regulations
Report non‑conformities and follow up
Prepare daily site inspection reports
