We are a global company, and our products—including mobile elevating work platforms, telehandlers, utility vehicles and accessories—can be found all over the world.** As a Traffic Coordinator for JLG, you will play a key role in managing international shipping operations by accurately processing export documentation and ensuring compliance with procedures and trade regulations—all within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. **YOUR IMPACT** * Ensure timely shipment flow using a variety of international carriers * Accurately process export documents and match them with corresponding freight before departure * Conduct quality checks on outgoing packages to ensure shipment accuracy * Maintain organized filing systems and tracking records * Troubleshoot and resolve routine shipment issues as they arise * Provide information and communication, either written or verbal, to various parties both internal and external. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** * 1+ years of relevant work experience in shipping, logistics, or a related field * Proficiency in basic computer tasks, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Strong communication skills and reading comprehension * Attention to detail and experience with data entry * Ability to work Mid-day shift from 12pm to 9pm ET. **STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS** * Associate’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field * Familiarity with international shipping regulations and documentation **WORKING CONDITIONS** _The following represents general working conditions for this role.
