This role is critical in maintaining smooth ramp operations, preventing congestion, and supporting overall site safety. Traffic Controllers report directly to the Ramp Captain, the on-site shift supervisor. **Key Responsibilities** * Direct and control vehicle traffic in designated areas to ensure safe and efficient flow * Coordinate closely with the Ramp Captain to manage peak periods and special events * Monitor entry and exit points to prevent congestion and maintain order * Provide clear and professional instructions to guests and drivers * Identify and respond promptly to safety hazards or operational issues * Ensure compliance with site-specific safety procedures and traffic regulations * Maintain constant awareness of surroundings to prevent accidents or delays * Communicate effectively with team members to support seamless operations * Maintain a professional and service-oriented demeanor at all times **Requirements** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to remain calm and assertive in high-pressure environments * Excellent situational awareness and attention to safety * Team-oriented
