High School Diploma or GED, Experience with traffic control, Valid Driver’s License, Ability to obtain Traffic Control Certification, Awareness of roadway safety, Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs, Work outdoors in all weather conditions
Nice to Have
Previous attenuator truck (TMA) operation experience, Ability to obtain Class CDL
What You'll Do.
Set up and maintain single-lane and double-lane closures
Operate attenuator (crash) trucks
Perform traffic control duties
Assist highway sign crew with installation and maintenance
Drive and operate company vehicles safely
Conduct daily vehicle inspections and basic equipment checks
Ensure all work zones meet DOT safety standards
Communicate effectively with crew members
Respond to emergency and after-hours work
