We are seeking an experienced Traffic Control / TMA Driver to support our District-Wide Signing Operations throughout the Atlanta Metro area. This position plays a critical role in maintaining safe work zones on interstates and state routes during highway sign installation projects. Key Responsibilities: * Set up and maintain single-lane and double-lane closures in accordance with traffic control plans * Operate attenuator (crash) trucks to protect crews working on active roadways * Perform traffic control duties including cone placement, signage setup, and lane shifts * Assist highway sign crew with installation and maintenance of roadway signage as needed * Drive and operate company vehicles safely in high-traffic environments * Conduct daily vehicle inspections and basic equipment checks * Ensure all work zones meet DOT safety standards and regulations * Communicate effectively with crew members to maintain safe and efficient operations * Respond to emergency and after-hours work as required ## Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED * Experience with traffic control (single & double lane closures required) * Previous attenuator truck (TMA) operation experience strongly preferred * Valid Driver’s License (Class C minimum; ability to obtain Class B CDL preferred) * Ability to obtain Traffic Control Certification (A
