Ensure devices remain properly positioned
Install traffic control devices
Maintain traffic control devices
Remove traffic control devices
Complete daily reports
Complete equipment inspections

Full Job Description
**TRP Construction Group, LLC** with locations in Texas, North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida, is a rapidly growing infrastructure company specializing in Pavement Marking, Traffic Control, and Roadway Safety Services. TRP is seeking a Traffic Control Field Supervisor / Foreman to lead traffic control operations while promoting safety, quality, accountability, and teamwork. ### Job Responsibilities · Supervise and direct traffic control personnel on roadway and construction projects. · Lead daily jobsite activities and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently. · Interpret traffic control plans and coordinate proper setup and maintenance of work zones. · Ensure compliance with MUTCD, state DOT requirements, and company safety standards. · Conduct daily safety meetings and job briefings. · Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials required for project completion. · Monitor crew productivity and provide coaching and training. · Drive and operate company vehicles, including TMA trucks and traffic control equipment. · Inspect work zones throughout shifts to ensure devices remain properly positioned. · Install, maintain, and remove traffic control devices, signs, barricades, cones, and arrow boards. · Complete daily reports, timesheets, and equipment inspections. · Perform other duties as assigned by management. **Requirements** ### Physical Requirements · Regularly lift and move 50–100 pounds. · Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work outdoors for extended periods. · Frequent exposure to moving traffic, weather conditions, dust, fumes, and loud noise environments. ### Availability · Must be available to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. · Ability to travel and work overnight assignments when required.
