Must Have

Regularly lift and move 50–100 pounds, Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, Work outdoors for extended periods, Available to work nights, weekends, and overtime, Ability to travel and work overnight assignments

What You'll Do.

Supervise and direct traffic control personnel

Lead daily jobsite activities

Ensure work is completed safely and efficiently

Interpret traffic control plans

Coordinate proper setup and maintenance of work zones

Ensure compliance with MUTCD

Ensure compliance with state DOT requirements

Ensure compliance with company safety standards

Conduct daily safety meetings

Conduct job briefings

Monitor crew productivity

Provide coaching and training

Drive and operate company vehicles

Inspect work zones throughout shifts

Ensure devices remain properly positioned

Install traffic control devices

Maintain traffic control devices

Remove traffic control devices

Complete daily reports

Complete equipment inspections

Perform other duties as assigned
