Reporting to the Sr Traffic Analyst, Traffic Analyst role involves responsible for the coordination and consolidation of internal and international systems to support shipments in the most cost-effective manner to deliver maximum advantage to the company and its customers. **What a typical day looks like:** * Annex 24 (Inventory Control System) * Manage and maintain the inventory control system in compliance with Annex 24 requirements. * Record and track all inventory movements (imports, exports, transfers, and manufacturing consumption). * Reconcile physical inventory against system records. * Validate proper material consumption (BOM/production discharge). * Monitor temporary import deadlines and ensure timely returns or changes of regime. * Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records. * Generate reports for internal and external audits. * Ensure full traceability of goods from importation to final disposition. * Annex 30 (VAT & Excise Tax Credit Certification) * Monitor and control VAT and Excise Tax credits under the Annex 30 certification. * Reconcile credit balances against import transactions. * Prepare and review monthly credit control reports. * Ensure proper discharge of credits through exports or returns. * Analyze KPIs related to inventory accuracy and compliance. * Propose and implement process improvements. * Support au
