Position Summary Crestwood Advisors is a fast-growing, independent, fee-only Registered Investment Advisor overseeing $8+ billion in assets under management. With offices in Boston, Fairfield County (CT), and Providence (RI), Crestwood provides high-net-worth clients with comprehensive wealth and investment management solutions. We are seeking to add a Trading Associate to join our Boston based team. The Trader role sits at the center of the investment process, supporting Portfolio Management, Research, Operations and Wealth Management teams while collaborating closely with our Senior Trader. The ideal candidate is motivated and intellectually curious with a passion for investment markets and 2+ years of trading or investment operations experience. This is a hybrid position – 3 days in office/2 days remote. Primary Responsibilities Trading Responsibilities: Implement equity execution through the firm’s order management system. Perform daily reconciliation between trading system and custodial records to ensure accurate settlement. Maintain and update security models in the order management system. Ensure all trading activity adheres to firm policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Actively participate in Research and Investment Committee meetings and highlight any security or trading concerns as investment decisions are considered. Manage customized options strategies, including options analysis for clients with concentrated positions. Portfolio Management Team Support Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day trading and investment support to Portfolio Managers. Proactively identify and suggest portfolio actions including drift rebalancing trades, tax loss harvesting opportunities, trades in non-model securities driven by market movements. Communicate market conditions, execution updates, and trade information to Portfolio Management team and broader firm.
