What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, computer science, or a related quantitative discipline, Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience in equities trading, execution support, or trade operations on an equities desk, Practical knowledge of equity markets, the order lifecycle, execution venues, and basic equity derivatives, Proven experience entering and monitoring orders and managing post-trade processes including trade affirmation, allocation, and settlement reconciliation, Proficiency with spreadsheet analysis including advanced formulas and pivot tables, experience using market data terminals, Experience using order and execution management platforms and trade booking systems, analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to investigate trade discrepancies under time pressure, Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin for day-to-day desk communications in Hong Kong, Ability to work extended hours when markets require, manage competing priorities, collaborate across trading, operations, risk, and compliance teams, Commitment to the highest ethical standards

What You'll Do.
Manage intra & end-of-day trade recaps and trade bookings

Consolidate and distribute broker flows
