The team oversees order handling across all asset classes and plays a key role in maintaining the efficiency and performance of our trading operations. This is a hybrid role combining trading operations and coding, allowing you to both work close to the markets and contribute to technical solutions that drive performance and scalability. **Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain internal alerting, monitoring, and analytics tools * Monitor and handle execution flows across Equities, Futures, Options, and proprietary OTC products * Identify opportunities to automate and optimize trading processes and workflows * Collaborate with leading international banks, brokers, and exchanges * Engage with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis * Contribute to the development and improvement of trading systems in close partnership with our technology teams **Your profile** We are looking for a curious and driven individual with a strong technical foundation and a genuine interest in financial markets.
