What You'll Do.
Provide Front Office trade support
Monitor trade lifecycle
Monitor PnL consistency
Perform daily production checks
Identify discrepancies
Escalate time-critical incidents
Support traders on trade capture
Support traders on pricing
Support traders on system usage
Support traders on workflows
Ensure smooth End-of-Day processes
Ensure intraday controls
Coordinate with Development teams
Coordinate with QA teams
Coordinate with Infrastructure teams
Contribute to documentation
Contribute to runbooks
Contribute to knowledge transfer
Act as first point of contact
