What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor of Science degree in International Trade, Finance, Tax, International Business, Tax Law or similar field, 7+ years of experience in trade compliance, customs operations, international trade and audit defense, Extensive knowledge in both EU customs and VAT, Proficient in Excel, Power Point and ERP systems, Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch

Conduct internal audits
Review trade flow design
Manage customs audits
Implement corrective actions
Manage Inward Processing License
Identify savings opportunities
Ensure compliant customs valuation
Own trade master data
Coordinate import VAT
Provide guidance and training

Partner with Procurement; Partner with Supply Chain; Partner with Operations; Partner with Tax; Partner with Controllership; Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
Communication Scope
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch; Exposure to senior leadership requires excellent communication skills
