Must Have
Language proficiency in Mandarin is required, Bachelor's degree, graduate of Banking and Finance – with good understanding of Investment Bank or Commercial Bank (preferably in FX and Derivatives area)

observed Local DB branch regulatory requirements
catering to client sensitivity and specific requirements
trade processing of Derivative products for the Global Rates
Global Credit Trading and FX Option for all Asia Entities & London
Frankfurt and New York Branches of Deutsche Bank AG
Validating trade booking against term sheet for Vanilla/Exotic Derivatives and Complex structures
Drafting and checking of Vanilla/Exotic Derivatives and Complex structures confirmations with an understanding of ISDA and products
Checking clients’ format of incoming confirmations for Exotic Derivatives and Complex structures
Administer confirmation documentation templates for a variety of FX & Derivative Products
Ensuring that processing control procedures are adhered to at all time
Drafting and Checking of Credit Terms
Follow up with clients on outstanding documentation
Perform System testing

## _**Job Description:**_ **Job Posting Title:** Trade Settlement & Confirmation Operations - Confirmations Analyst (Mandarin Speaking) - Sr. Analyst **Corporate Title** : NCT - Senior Analyst **Location** : Manila, Philippines **Job Summary:** The purpose of the role is to support OTC Derivatives and Foreign Exchange business ensuring that each derivative transaction is affirmed, confirmed and the documentation executed accurately and in a timely manner therefore, managing internal risk. While building and retaining a strong external client focused connectivity and perspective of the market environment, the candidate should be cognizant of market development and requirements while meeting Individual client and regional Service Level Agreement requirements. Local DB branch regulatory requirements, as they apply to the client, will be observed at all times while catering to client sensitivity and specific requirements.
