Proven experience working with Sephora in Europe in a trade marketing, retail marketing, or brand activation capacity, Background in trade marketing, brand management, or retail marketing within beauty or lifestyle brands, Experience managing retailer relationships and close collaboration with Key Account Managers and sales teams, Organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple retail timelines simultaneously, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, Impeccable attention to detail and high execution standards, Patient, diplomatic, and professional in external retail relationships, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment
Nice to Have
Experience with Sephora US is a plus, Fluent in French is a plus, Additional languages are a plus
What You'll Do.
Own and drive trade marketing strategy
Develop and execute launch plans
Develop and implement retailer specific campaigns
Partner with Creative team on retail assets
Ensure consistent brand messaging
Support sell in and sell through
Assist in product training
Conduct market and competitor analysis
and optimise trade marketing performance
