Must Have

10+ years of experience in Sales or Trade Marketing, Proven track record in category growth and commercial planning, Ability to translate shoppers, customer, and channel insights into clear Category Growth Strategies, Commercial acumen across pricing, promo, assortment, and space planning, Experience driving IBP, forecasting, and end-to-end commercial execution, Stakeholder management with ability to influence across functions and seniority levels, Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing, inclusive teams, Clear communicator with storytelling and ability to connect strategy to execution, Agile, resilient, and able to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, High ownership with results orientation, data-driven decision making and problem-solving mindset
