What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2–4 years of experience in trade compliance, customs operations, logistics, or a related supply chain role, Working knowledge of HTS classification, customs valuation fundamentals, and country‑of‑origin concepts, Experience supporting import/export operations and customs documentation processes, Ability to follow defined procedures, analyze data, and identify issues requiring escalation, organizational skills with attention to detail, Effective written and verbal communication skills, Ability to collaborate effectively within cross‑functional teams
Nice to Have
Familiarity with global trade management or customs broker systems, Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Logistics, Finance, or a related field, Professional certifications (e. g. , CCS, LCB)
What You'll Do.
Support day-to-day import
and customs compliance activities
Ensure compliance with applicable import
and trade regulations
Support compliance with applicable import

Assist in integrating trade compliance requirements into supply chain processes
Support tariff and duty analysis
Gather data for landed cost calculations
Assist Finance and Supply Chain teams with accurate reporting
Perform tariff classification
Perform country-of-origin determinations
Assist with identification and tracking of tariff exposure
Support trade compliance activities for projects and programs
Identify potential compliance considerations
Escalate risks appropriately
Maintain documentation
Support customs declarations
and post-entry activities
Assist with internal audits
Assist with broker reviews
Assist with compliance assessments
Prepare documentation for audits
Respond to information requests
Monitor routine regulatory updates
Communicate relevant impacts to trade compliance team
Participate in training activities
Apply standardized compliance tools
Promote compliance awareness and adherence
Perform other duties as assigned
