What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in international business, logistics, supply chain management, or equivalent experience, A minimum of 3 years experience in international trade compliance, including export controls, customs and sanctions, Experience building, improving or scaling trade compliance frameworks in a global environment, analytical capability and structured problem solving, Ability to advise and challenge stakeholders while balancing compliance and business needs
Nice to Have
Experience with trade compliance software and ERP systems can be developed on the job
