S. export and import control laws and regulations concerning the movement of goods and services across borders, adherence to trade management and trade control laws and regulations, import and export clearance support for inbound and outbound shipments, direct external freight forwarders, brokers, and couriers and internal shipping/transportation staff on clearance instructions, Determine and assign local export/import country and U. S. license requirements to orders blocked within trade compliance software, Process global supply chain partner reviews, reviews of current government restricted / denied parties list matches, Customer End Use And Export Compliance Certifications (EUC), End User Statements, Provide shipment clearance instructions on import and export transactions

Ensure compliance with export and import laws
Protect from fines and penalties
Act as liaison among internal groups
Provide shipment clearance support
Determine license requirements for blocked orders
Escalate orders for guidance
Process supply chain partner reviews
Confirm partner release or block
Provide shipment clearance instructions

Team & Collaboration
Act as liaison among several internal groups across Arrow businesses; Engage regional department Manager or Program Manager, or regional department leader for guidance; Engage shipping department representatives for support
