Must Have

Nice to Have
3–5 years of construction experience preferred, 2+ years of field experience in construction or related environment preferred, Project management experience, including cost analysis and budgeting, preferred, Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors, Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal), decision-making skills with a focus on safety and quality, Ability to read and interpret technical documents and reports
What You'll Do.
Assist with track inspections
Evaluate rail infrastructure conditions
Document findings for repair and maintenance planning
Provide inspection reports to estimators
Work closely with operations teams
Ensure service meets customer expectations
Assist in resolving customer service issues
