What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma required, Valid driver’s license in good standing
Nice to Have
3–5 years of construction experience preferred, 2+ years of field experience in construction or related environment preferred, Project management experience, including cost analysis and budgeting, preferred, Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors
What You'll Do.
Assist with track inspections
evaluate rail infrastructure conditions
Identify defects and document findings
Provide inspection reports to estimators
Work closely with operations teams
Assist in resolving customer service issues
Maintain quality standards
Perform additional duties as assigned
