What You'll Achieve.

Travel to project sites required, Work is performed outdoors and across active construction and industrial job sites, Requires working around heavy equipment, moving machinery, and uneven terrain, Extensive walking, climbing, lifting, and physical activity required, Must comply with all safety requirements at all times, Exposure to varying weather and environmental conditions expected
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
leadership skills, communication skills, organizational skills, Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical documents, and safety procedures, Experience preparing proposals, reports, and customer correspondence, understanding of budgeting, cost management, and project coordination, Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word, Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, Ability to lift and move equipment as needed, Ability to travel as required
Nice to Have
College degree in Building and Construction Technology or equivalent construction management experience, Experience in railroad construction, maintenance, or industrial operations

Oversee rail construction and maintenance projects
Coordinate with customers
Ensure safe and efficient project execution
Manage workforce planning and project scheduling
Manage inventory and pricing support
Maintain customer relationships
Conduct inspections of crews
and material deliveries
Coordinate preventive maintenance programs
Assist in workforce planning and crew scheduling
Complete administrative reporting
Lead and support field crews
