What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Supply Chain, Food Technology, or related field, 3–5 years’ experience in supply chain traceability, preferably in coffee or agri‑commodities, Familiarity with certification standards (Rainforest Alliance, Organic, Fairtrade), knowledge of ERP systems, Excel, and digital traceability tools
Nice to Have
Experience in coffee or commodity export sector, Exposure to international client requirements, Willingness to travel to farms, mills, and ports, Multilingual ability (local language + English) for farmer and client communication
What You'll Do.
Collect and verify farmer details
and origin information
Maintain digital/physical records of procurement
Monitor movement of lots through hulling
Ensure segregation of certified vs. non‑certified coffee
Implement barcode/QR coding or ERP entries for batch tracking
Track coffee lots through dispatch
Prepare traceability documentation for clients and authorities
Liaise with logistics teams to ensure compliance with export requirements
Prepare traceability reports for clients
Support audits and certification inspections
Identify gaps and recommend corrective measures
