The Job: Build and continuously improve the TPM framework within the team, with the primary goal of shipping the best product as quickly as possible. Define and drive strategy, master planning, execution, and delivery for technically complex products — from concept through production. Act as the interface between global headquarters, local China teams, and suppliers to drive progress and ensure timely cross-team communication. Own project budgets, including headcount planning, establish and continuously optimize product cost models for assigned projects, and take responsibility for meeting target costs. Serve as the critical link between project teams and decision-makers — frequently update company leadership on progress and drive cross-functional collaboration, especially through key milestones and critical project risks. Communicate and partner effectively with R&D and manufacturing leadership — continuously monitor project progress, assess status, and proactively resolve issues as they arise. You: Deep understanding of the hardware product development lifecycle and problem-solving processes — with the ability to apply technical knowledge to drive decision-making, including trade-off discussions and project strategy.
