**Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for _all_. ** Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever. # Responsibilities * Facilitate onboarding programs and learning experiences (e.g., orientations, workshops, cohorts, Fab Bootcamp) in both in-person and virtual formats * Manage end-to-end onboarding administration, including headcount tracking, welcome communications, cohort planning, training enrollment, and mentor/buddy coordination * Collaborate with leaders and SMEs to design, review, and improve onboarding plans aligned to roles, functions, and business needs * Develop and maintain onboarding programs, materials, and learning resources to support employee integration and skill development * Leverage data, metrics, and reporting to monitor onboarding efficiency and effectiveness, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement * Lead or support workforce development initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment, efficient execution, and achievement of desired outcomes # Minimum Qualifications * Strong facilitation, written, and communication skills, with experience delivering training in both in-person and virtual environments * Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel capabilities for data extraction, analysis, and reporting * Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities * Effective collaborator with excellent interpersonal skills, experienced in working within cross-functional teams to solve problems and drive outcomes * Self-motivated and proactive, able to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment * Experience in project management and continuous improvement, including planning, coordinating, and driving initiatives to completion, with demonstrated experience in training d
