The TPG Workforce Development AI Workflow Integration Specialist partners with subject matter experts and leaders to transform workforce development functions through the integration of AI, automation, and process optimization. This role focuses on improving efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness across Onboarding, On-the-Job Training (OJT) Operations, and Technical Training. This role ensures AI is embedded into daily workflows, enabling teams to reduce manual effort, improve execution speed, and adopt new, innovative ways of working. Micron's Technology & Products Group (TPG) Workforce Development team is seeking an AI Workflow Integration Specialist to drive the adoption and implementation of AI-enabled solutions across Onboarding, On-the-Job Training (OJT) Operations, and Technical Training. In this role, you will analyze existing workflows, identify automation opportunities, and design AI copilots, agents, and workflow automations that improve efficiency, quality, and cycle time. You'll partner closely with leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure AI solutions are aligned to business priorities and sustainably integrated into daily operations. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of process improvement, AI tooling, and workforce enablement. **Responsibilities** * Identify, design, and implement AI-enabled solutions to enhance Onboarding, OJT Operations, and Technical Training workflows * Analyze and streamline existing processes to standardize and optimize workflows prior to automation * Develop and pilot AI copilots, agents, and workflow automations using approved tools and platforms
