Westminster Toyota has been located in the center of the lower mainland in New Westminster for 30 years. The car dealership has a strong presence with many loyal customers. Come and be a part of this growing business! * Dispatch work efficiently to technicians based on skill level and shop capacity * Monitor technician productivity and workflow throughout the day * Ensure repair orders are prioritized and completed on schedule * Coordinate with Service Advisors, Parts Department and the Technician Team * Manage shop loading and balance work distribution * Candidate to be trained to become Internal Service Advisor * Assist in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient operations * Monitor turnaround times and identify workflow bottlenecks * Support the Service Manager with daily operational needs ## Qualifications * Pleasant, organized and professional * Experience as a Tower Operator, Dispatcher, or Shop Foreman preferred * Previous dealership or automotive service experience an asset * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Reynolds & Reynolds or dealership DMS experience is an asset * Strong understanding of automotive service operations ## Additional Information * This is a full time position.
