What You'll Do.
Customer service and sales: Take care of check-ins and check-outs
explain campervan functionalities
upsell road trip extras.
Operations handling: Align the reservations with the available campervans
verify and prepare campers and road trip extras and kits.
Quality control: Maintain the campervans in top condition
identify and act on possible maintenance or repair needs.
Support activities: Support the team in monitoring the existing stock
coordinating the fleet of campervans
troubleshooting operational issues.
