Must Have
3+ years of Excel experience, 4+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience, Bachelor's degree or 3+ years professional experience, 5+ years managing merchandise operations for live events, tours, or entertainment venues, Experience negotiating vendor contracts, Experience managing external partner relationships, Proven track record of hiring, managing, and developing independent contractors or distributed teams, Experience with logistics coordination from production through point-of-sale, Experience with shipping and fulfillment operations
Nice to Have

This role will help to optimize the end-to-end processes and systems used to sell merchandise in-person, and online via Amazon supply chain systems. The Tour Operations Manager will be responsible for all aspects of live event revenue streams, inventory forecasting and management, facilitation of production & shipping logistics, live event sales oversight, and engagement with external vendor and touring teams. The successful candidate will have deep experience in event merchandise operations and must be a creative problem solver with the ability to maximize in-person and online sales. The candidate should feel comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
