As a member of the Tour Program team, this individual leads dynamic, interactive tours that bring Bayer’s research, innovation, and Crop Science story to life for a wide range of audiences. The Bayer Innovation Experience/Agricultural Tour is a critical outreach initiative that supports Bayer’s mission to transparently and compellingly share its vision, technology, research pipeline, and commitment to innovation. This role serves as a public-facing ambassador for Bayer, helping diverse stakeholders—including farmers, industry partners, government officials, investors, consumers, students, and employees—better understand the impact of Bayer’s work. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead interactive and engaging two-hour tours of the Bayer Chesterfield research facility for diverse audiences. * Communicate technical scientific concepts clearly and conversationally using analogies, storytelling, and real-world examples. * Tailor tour content seamlessly for varied audiences, including farmers, seed dealers, consumers, employees, students, and community members. * Facilitate hands-on, age-appropriate educational activi
