Total Rewards System Analyst **Description -** **_Position Summary_** Our HR System Total Rewards Analyst is a key contributor to the organization’s HR technology strategy. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing cloud-based HR platforms such as Workday as well as supporting the implementation and maintenance of future SaaS solutions. Success in this role requires collaboration skills, a strong understanding of HR systems, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a wide range of audiences. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to engage globally across departments, drive innovation in HR processes, and help shape the future of HR technology within the organization. If you're passionate about HR systems and eager to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply. **_Key Responsibilities_** **System Administration & Support** * Configure, integrate, and optimize SaaS-based Total Reward HR systems such as Workday in collaboration with IT, Payroll and external vendors. * Solicits, develops, documents and manages business, functional and technical requirements and provides detailed design and business rules to support the requirements. * Conduct system testing, including regression and user acceptance testing; manage release notes and validate post-deployment changes. * Apply foundational knowledge of system architecture and software development methodologies to support system enhancements. * Develop and maintain documentation such as configuration guides, user manuals, training materials, and release notes to support system users. **Stakeholder Collaboration** * Partner with functional teams (Total Rewards, HR Operations, IT, Payroll, etc.) to assess business needs, document functional and technical requirements, and recommend effective technology solutions. * Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with teams to ensure timely resolution. **Continuous Improvement & Innovation** * Contri
