Total Rewards System Analyst **Description -** _**Position Summary**_ Our HR System Total Rewards Analyst is a key contributor to the organization’s HR technology strategy. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing cloud-based HR platforms such as Workday as well as supporting the implementation and maintenance of future SaaS solutions. Success in this role requires collaboration skills, a strong understanding of HR systems,, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a wide range of audiences. If you're passionate about HR systems and eager to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply. _**Key Responsibilities**_ **System Administration & Support** * Configure, integrate, and optimize SaaS-based Total Reward HR systems such as Workday in collaboration with IT, Payroll and external vendors. * Solicits, develops, documents and manages business, functional and technical requirements and provides detailed design and business rules to support the requirements. * Conduct system testing, including regression and user acceptance testing; manage release notes and validate post-deployment changes. * Apply foundational knowledge of system architecture and software development methodologies to support system enhancements. * Develop and maintain documentation such as user guides, training materials, and release notes to support system users. **Stakeholder Collaboration** * Partner with functional teams (Total Rewards, HR Operations, IT, Payroll, etc.) to assess business needs, document functional and technical requirements, and recommend effective technology solutions. * Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with teams to ensure timely resolution. **Continuous Improvement & Innovation** * Contribute to HR digital tra
