Must Have
3–6 years of progressive experience in HRIS or HR technology roles., Direct experience deploying and maintaining SaaS-based HR systems.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with AI-based HR tools and enterprise ticketing/change management experience with workflow automation platforms is a plus., Experience with enterprise workflow automation platforms is highly desirable., Certification in HR SaaS platforms (e.g. , Workday Pro), Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), and/or Professional in Human Resources (PHR)/ Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHPR) is a plus.
