Perform outbound calls
De-escalate difficult or emotional calls
Follow standardized scripts
Maintain knowledge base articles
Identify recurring inquiry trends
Process compensation-related transactions
Validate compensation actions
Execute workflow routing
Partner with Payroll to reconcile pay-impacting changes
Run and review daily/weekly reports
Support internal and external audits
