Full Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Total Rewards Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will support payroll administration, employee benefits, rewards programs, and HR reporting to ensure an accurate, compliant, and positive employee experience. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support monthly payroll processing, validation, and reconciliation activities. * Review employee financial transactions, including allowances, overtime, incentives, deductions, and reimbursements. * Administer employee benefits programs and coordinate with external providers and insurance vendors. * Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and rewards programs. * Prepare payroll, benefits, and workforce cost reports, and analyze compensation-related data. * Support employee recognition, rewards, and engagement initiatives. * Monitor HR and rewards KPIs and provide insights to support decision-making. * Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements. * Maintain accurate records and contribute to process improvements and HR system enhancements. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. * 1–2 years of experience in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or HR Operations. * Good understanding of Saudi Labor Law and payroll-related regulations. * Knowledge of employee benefits administration and payroll processes. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR systems. * Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to handle confidential information with accuracy and professionalism.
