In this role, you won't just manage spreadsheets; you will act as a strategic driver, leveraging AI and data-driven insights to ensure our salary ranges are dynamically aligned with the fast-moving tech and fintech market. Reporting to the Total Rewards Lead, you will transform raw data into clear, actionable compensation strategies, eliminating friction and moving with the urgency that our growth demands.
